Refund policy

✅ Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, discounted (clearance), or damaged products (after use) cannot be returned.

  • Process:

    2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping.

    3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

💸 Refunds

  • Inspection: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or defective items (within 7 days).
